A France Travel Certificate is an essential health certification document which has to be applied in advance before going to France. This record contains all relevant information about your current health, including contacts and vaccinations. So if you're still thinking about that old question: do I need a vaccination to travel to France? The answer is no.

A travel document does not need to be issued by a list of countries. You are not obliged to take the recommended vaccination against diseases which are listed in the list countries. However, these diseases are diseases that are more prone to spread, especially among tourists. International agencies like the United Nations, Red Cross and the World Health Organization (WHO), reminded the French authorities to take the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the swine influenza (a highly contagious strain) and hepatitis B viruses. These diseases account for more than 50% of all cases this year.

A France Travel Certificate proves that you have obtained the necessary immunizations for entering the country. You will also be able to show that you have had the hepatitis A vaccination, yellow fever vaccine, as well as the malaria vaccination. These vaccines are mandatory to be received by anyone traveling to these three countries. You will need the France Travel Certificate and a Confirmation of Permanent Resident (impact document) from French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

A France Travel Certificate, as mentioned above, also proves that you have been vaccinated for entry to the country. Your confirmation of permanent residence will not be accepted if your name is not on the green list. Your France Travel Certificate will allow you to enter the French territories free of charge. A typical tourist who plans to visit France will get a France Travel Certificate so that he/she can easily get a visa and ticket to the most popular destinations in France such as the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, and many more. Tourists can usually enter and leave the country without paying any fees within a certain period.

On sunday, the european governments approved amendments to the legislative powers of the parliament. The new legislation will allow the Parliament to limit the power of the president with a two-thirds majority instead of the current five-thirds. The reforms were introduced in order to ensure that the powers are balanced in the Chamber of Deputies, with the centre-right government party in favour and the left-wing socialists against it. In the meantime, the government can also change laws with a two-thirds majority, instead of five thirds.
